Disklabs operate out of vetted secure facilities and have dedicated digital laboratories where data security, process and procedures are paramount.

All our pricing is fixed.

We have three levels of service:

1. Standard service – No Data/No Fee Data is recovered over 10 – 14 working days.
2. Priority service  – Your data is recovered within 5 – 10 working days.
3. Emergency service – Your data is recovered in the shortest possible time. This is a 24/7 service, including overnight and weekend operation. 

Disklabs understands that your data is important to you. When time is a significant factor, our service levels are designed to deliver as quickly as possible. But if price is especially important, we offer a No Data/No Fee solution within our Standard service.

Working with us to recover your data couldn’t be simpler.

• Get a quote: Call us on 01827 55999.
• Tell us what’s wrong: We’ll give you a realistic assessment of the likelihood of recovery, based on your specific circumstances.
• Send us your hard drive: Make sure it’s well packaged and use a ‘tracked and signed’ form of delivery.
• Wait for an update: We’ll inform you on how we’re getting on and how your data recovery is progressing. 
• Find out what’s been saved: You’ll receive a list of all the files that have been recovered by our team.

On our Standard No Fix/No Fee service, you now have two options:

• Option 1: You’re happy that we have recovered data that is important to you. You therefore pay our invoice, and we transfer the data onto another hard drive and ship it back to you.
• Option 2: Unfortunately, the data you were looking for isn’t available – you pay nothing.
